What are the blogsites built on?

We are excited to announce that these templates are built on the WordPress platform for both easy install and easy to use back end.

Are they easy to install a photography blogsite?

Our install process is very easy. Once the blog is installed on the server, there will be the extra step of setting up the database, activating your plugin, and selecting your template. However, we provide easy to follow instructions for you. If you can not install your database, we would be happy to help for a small fee.

Can I use any host i want?

Not all hosts are made the same. Although, you will find that our products install on many host providers. If you don’t have a host provider, we can recommend one for you.

Can I brand my photography blogsite template?

Yes. Each template has different options. Some have more than others based on their design. Most of our designs allow you to add your logo, add an image to the background, change the colors, change the font size, and more.

Can I move the blogsite once it is installed?

No. Once the product is installed, it can not be moved to a new location. This includes moving it to a new folder or URL. So make sure you think about where you want the product to live and install it there. If it needs to be moved, you can contact us and for a small fee we can assit you.

Can I install additional plugins?

Not necessarily. Some plugins will effect the design and definitely be a “no”. Others will install and work fine. If you installed one that messes up the blog design, you should be able to un-install it to return to normal.

Can I change the fonts?

You will be able to choose from preset fonts. You will not be able to load any font you want.

What is your refund policy?

There are no refunds. Since the product self-installs on your server, the files are out of our control. Similar to you providing a client with a DVD of all the digital files. Therefore, we can not provide you with a refund.

Can I password protect pages?

Yes, WordPress allows for password protected pages. This is a feature of WordPress and not in our control.

Are the blogsites HTML or Flash?

Our blogsites are all HTML. Our Blogshow plugin, that comes with the blogsite, is Flash with an HTML layer to ensure that your images are seen on mobile devices.
