Intothedarkroom has to be the most laid back environment to work at. We all wear jeans, t-shirts, and flip flops and like to start work around 9am. The staff at intothedarkroom is an eclectic range of personalities that makes the office environment really unique. We are always seeking talented individuals who like to hustle at work and make some cool stuff happen. If you think you fit in with our crew, then blast us some information about yourself.

FLASH DEVELOPER

• You should be able to hit the floor running with these skills: Read and understand documented actionscript/component architectures, Be organized enough to document what you write, and organize a library in a completely transparent way, Know how to minimize file size and maximize functionality, Write actionscript proficiently. ie: understanding all of the following terms/technologies WITHOUT looking them up first: object oriented programming - event listeners - global/local scope - constructor - xml attributes - SWFObject and/or UFO - ease out - library linkage - page validation

OFFICE INTERN

• We won’t ask you to fetch lunch or take the garbage out. We are looking for interns to assist the management, sales team, and customer relations. This individual must be creative, organized, punctual, and excellent on the phone, excellent on the phone, oh and we say excellent on the phone. Knowledge of websites and the internet is a plus. Don’t worry, we expect to train you. Just be willing to learn. If you do a good job, we hope for it to grow into a full time position.

PR-MARKETING MACHINE

• We have a lot going on at intothedarkroom and a lot more that is about to explode. We are currently seeking a PR machine that can help get the word out to the photography industry including radio, print, tradeshows, etc.
