What system is the blog built on?
We are excited to announce that these templates are built on the WordPress platform for both easy install and easy to use back end.

How easy is it to install this photography blog template?
Our install process is very easy. Once the blog is installed on the server, there will be the extra step of setting up the database, activating your plugin, and selecting your template. However, we provide easy to follow instructions for you. If you can not install your database, we would be happy to help for a small fee.

Can I use any hosting I want?
Not all hosts are made the same. When you install our products, it will give you a list of approved host providers and black listed hosts. Although, you will find that our products install on many host providers. If you don’t have a host provider, we can recommend one for you.

Can I change colors and add a logo?
Yes. Each template has different options. Some have more than others based on their design. Our most flexible and customizable template is “vanilla”, with the ability to add your logo, round the corners, add an image to the background, change the colors, change the font size, and more.

Do you have support?
Yes. We have a resource center to help you use the the product. You will find both quick start guides and detailed instructions. In addition, we have a support ticket system to help you with any other issues that you may have.

How do I pay for and install this product?
Simply click on the “Buy” and it will launch the installer. You will need your credit card information and ftp/server info. The product should be on your server in around 10 minutes. Once the blog is on your server, we will provide you with easy to follow instructions on setting up the database.

Can I move the product to a different location?
No. Once the product is installed, it can not be moved to a new location. This includes moving it to a new folder or URL. So make sure you think about where you want the product to live and install it there. If it needs to be moved, you can contact us and for a small fee we can assit you.

Can i install additional WordPress plug-ins?
Not necessarily. Some plugins will effect the design and defiantly be a “no”. Others will install and work fine. If you installed one that messed up the blog design, you should be able to un-install it to return to normal.

What are your refund policies?
There are no refunds.

Can I change the font?
You will be able to choose, on some templates, if you want a serif or san serif font type. You will not be able to load any font you want.

Can I change the buttons on my navigation?
No. The Main navigation is hard coded. However, you will be able to add sub navigation.

Can I ask you to install my wordpress blog if I am stuck?
Yes. It will be an additional fee of $100.
