I want to make my watermark logo darker in PPM
- To change the water mark logo opacity go to image box render, click edit watermark options then you can change the opacity levels up or down.
I want to edit my paypal in PPM
- Go to global set up then check out and edit pay pal options, here is where you would either add or remove your paypal email address. Make sure to put in the email address that is linked to your paypal.
My photoproof is showing an orange square in the image preview area
- Make sure that you have a watermark logo in. Go to the global set up then general options.
I want my images to show in a certain order.
- Photoproof and slideshare both load and show images in alpha numeric order. So either name them alphabetically or for a full proof solution you should name your images 001,002,003, and so on.
I do not offer any filters in my photos how do I delete the ones already in PPM?
- Login to your backend click on global set up then click on filters once there click on the filter you want to remove then look down next to the new button and there will be a delete button.
Can I turn off the automatic email that gets sent out to my clients after they make and order?
- Unfortunately no. this email is sent out once your client has made their order and submitted it, the email just lets them know that you have received their order and it is being processed.
How do I change the corners of my PPM?
- Go to global setup then click on design, in the design area there are 3 areas you can change the corners. Panel Render, Dialog, Icon Button.
