Login to the admin

1. Go to your www.yoursite.com/?admin
2. Enter your username and password
3. Click submit

(HINT: If you installed the website in a sub directory ie: “/sites”, then you will go to www.yoursite.com/site/?admin ) (If you are having issues, please refer to the email sent to you after installation. It will tell you where to login to your admin and where your site lives.)

Change your password/username

1. Login to the admin
2. Click “Dashboard” (already selected as the default)
3. The bottom left panel has two tabs “Change Password” and “Change Username”
4. Follow the instructions
5. Click “Save Changes”

Create A Splash Page

On the top navigation in your admin area

1. Click “Splash Page”
2. Under the tab “Setting”, type you title and description for this page.
3. Click “Save”
4. Click each tab to assign an image, add a title and add a link.
5. Click “Save” after each tab

Create an Album Page

1. Click “Content”
2. At the bottom of the “Page List” click the “New” button
3. A “Create New Page” widow will open
4. Add a “Page Title”
5. Use the drop down to select “AlbumPage”
6. Click “Create Page”

Creat an Info Page

1 x 1 ratio ie 800 x 800 or 600 x 600

To Upload images

1. Find and select the page you just created in the list on the left.
2. The two tabs are now click-able on the right panel.
3. Under the “Page Image” tab: Click “Upload”.
4. A browser window will allow you to search for images.
5. Select your images and upload them.
6. Under the “Page Option” tab: add your text in the text field and click “Save”.

(You must wait for all of the images to finish loading before you close the window.( (Please note that if there are a lot of images, you may have to scroll down to see the progress. ) (HINT: Don’t forget to make a Navigation Button for each page that you created.)

Create a navigation button

1. Click “Sitemap”.
2. Under the “Navigation” tab click “New”
3. Type your “Navigation Title”. This is what will appear as the button (ie: about, portfolio, contact)
4. Click “Link to a Page You Created” and select the page you would like that nav button to link to.
5. Click “Save”.

(HINT: You can set your homepage under the “HomePage” tab.)

Make a sub navigation button

1. Click on the main navigation button from the list that you would like the sub navigation button to live under.
2. Under the right panel “Sub Navigation” click “New”.
3. Type the “Navigation title”
4. Click the “Link To A Page You Created” button and select the page you would like to link it to.
5. Click “Save”

Set up your Contact Page

1. Select “Contact”
2. Fill out the information (server email is not necessary unless you know your server requires it)
3. Click “Save”

(HINT: Don’t forget to make a Navigation Button for it.)

Set up Music

1. Click Soundtrack
2. Click “Upload” to find a n MP3 file on your computer
3. Click “Done” when the files have finished uploading

Brand your site

In your admin area there is a button that says design that is what you will click to customize your site. You will have 4 different areas to customize Settings, Font, Background, Video.

SETTINGS

1. Add main logo click either Upload New or Open Library.
2. Image Matte color will be the background color for the image area.

FONT Here is where you will make changes to your text. Most of which is self explanatory I'll just point out a few that you may have questions on.

1. Use Designer Font- select true if you would like it false if you would like the regular serif fonts
2. Font Style- will either be Serif or Sans Serif works also for the designer font as well
3. Embed Font Glyphs- Image replaced fonts.

BACKGROUND

1. Use Designer Background: Currently it is set to TRUE you can change this and use no background and choose false
2. Background Color Effect- If you are using the Designer Background this will not take effect
   1. if you are not using the designer tool you can choose Overlay or Linear Dodge.
3. Gradient Color Top, Gradient Color Effect and Gradient Color Bottom will all only be used if you are not using the Designer Background.

Video

• This is where you will be able to customize the video player if you choose to use video.
