Are there font options for the website?
Yes. Currently, you can choose between a Serif , San Serif font, and a designer font
- Sans-serif - Linotype Zapfino
- Serif - Aviano
How many navigation items can i have?
You have virtually unlimited number of pages/ navigation/sub navigation. The limitation is based on how long your words are for your navigation buttons, and if they will fit. However, you do have sub navigation buttons to help if needed.
Is there a mobile version of the site
Yes, the mobile version is an HTML site that is styled and functional for use on mobile devices. There is no flash on this version.
Does the website auto scale ?
Yes. The site will resize itself based on the viewers browser window. However, it does have a maximum and minimum size. Therefore, it will not upscale and pixelate the images.
What are the sizes for my images
- INFO PAGE 640x480
- PHOTO ALBUM PAGES 1600x900
- CONTACT PAGE: No image
How do I change the colors and add a logo to brand my website?
In your admin area there is a button that says design that is what you will click to customize your site.
- Click “Design”
- Click basic
- Add you logo and change your colors settings
- Click “Save”
How do I make a splash page?
On the top navigation in your admin area
- Click “Splash Page”
- Under the tab “Setting”, type you title and description for this page.
- Click “Save”
- Click each “Photo” tab to add an image, title, and link
- Click “Save” after each tab
Can I modify the contact form fields?
- Select “Contact”
- Fill out the information (server email is not necessary unless you know your server requires it)
- Click “Save”
Hint: For more advanced options click on "Advanced" and you will be able to customize your form fields
HOW DO I ADD VIDEO TO MY SITE?
There are a few ways to do this here are the 3 options
- Upload your video
- Click on the page that you would like to add video to
- In the area that says Images click upload and this will upload your video.
OPTION 2
Side load your video you will click upload and there is a section that says -OR- then a box underneath put the URL of the video in that space.
OPTION 3
Download your video and put it in your ftp 1) If it is a video from youtube or vimeo copy the URL and open another tab & go to http://clipnabber.com put the URL in the space provided and click download.
2) Find where the file downloaded and you are going to put it into your FTP
3) Login to your FTP find root of your FTP and create a folder for the location and drop the video in the folder.
Now in the same side load area make sure to put /location(name of the folder/filename
and click save.
