Are there monthly fees?

We are excited to announce that these templates have NO! monthly fees. The new and improved backend tool (CMS) is installed on your server and easy to use. This will allow you to make changes to your website whenever you need with no additional cost.

How do I pay for and install the product?

Simply click on the “Buy” and it will launch the installer. You will need your credit card information and ftp/server info. If you have all of your information and have an approved host provider, the installer will step you through a process that can take less than 10 minutes.

Can I use any host I want?

Not all hosts are made the same. When you install our products, it will give you a list of approved host providers and black listed hosts. Although, you will find that our products install on many host providers. If you don’t have a host provider, we can recommend one for you.

Can I brand my photography website?

Yes. Each template has different options. Some have more than others based on their design. Our most flexible and customizable template is “vanilla”, with the ability to add your logo, round the corners, add an image to the background, change the colors, change the font size, and more.

Are your websites search engine optimized?

Yes. All of our photography website templates are optimized for search engines with white hat standards giving you a jump on the competition. All that is left to do is for you to write rich content.

Can I move the product once it is installed?

No. Once the product is installed, it can not be moved to a new location. This includes moving it to a new folder or URL. So make sure you think about where you want the product to live and install it there. If it needs to be moved, you can contact us and for a small fee we can assist you.

Can I change the font?

You will be able to choose fonts from a list provided. You will not be able to load any font you want.

How many pages can I create?

Virtually unlimited. Let me explain…there are four types of pages (info, photo albums, contact page, and splash page). You will be able to create unlimited info and photo album pages. You will also be able to create as many main and sub navigation button as you can fit.

What is your refund policy?

There are no refunds. Since the product self-installs on your server, the files are out of our control. Similar to you providing a client with a DVD of all the digital files. Therefore, we can not provide you with a refund.
